SGC Projects have worked with Natures Way and built several extensions and packing facilities. These all reuire the construction of a steel portal frame, clad wall exterior and power floated floors. The last factory completed has  an area of approximately 3600 sqm. 

Work and the ports has includes a variety of projects from ferry canopies to large refrigerated stores. Our most recent project completed was the construction of a 10m height, approximately 3000sqm general cargo store. 

SGC Projects has worked with Boatfolk to maintain their marinas. Previous projects have included the installation of gabion baskets, flood barriers, office refurbishments and most recently the relevelling and compaction of the boat yard at their Haslar site. 

Completion of a new nursing home extension to include an additional 29 bedrooms, offices, laundry facilities and washrooms. Traditional build across three levels. Building with a total square floor space of 1600 sqm. Parking and landscaping also included.

Marine Concepts required two new buildings to be constructed at their site in Lee on the Solent. One of which was a factory warehouse. This building was approximately 2000 sqm and included offices, mezzanine floor, surrounding civils  and landscaping.

SGC Projects is part of the Hampshire framework and has completed a number of projects for local school. Projects completed involve light civil engineering and landscaping.
