Design and Build
Many of the projects completed by SGC follow a design and build style contract. In most cases these will take the JCT form.
Survey
In cases where no previous design work has been carried out and where required we are able to conduct surveys and gather accurate measurements. Following a site survey we are able to process the information collected and use this to produce detailed and reliable drawings. This is all achieved with our in house team.
3D Modelling
Our ability to model in 3D, both general layouts and steelwork means that our clients are able to receive visual plans from an early stage of the design process. This helps to drive the construction process forward and start work on detailed design.
Construction Drawings
We use CAD software to produce precise and detailed drawings that can be shared with our clients, sub contractors and site teams. Having the capability to do this internally means that we can work efficiently and make adjustments as an when requested by our clients.
